Do I need WhatsApp API?
The official WhatsApp Business Platform is usually the right fit when several employees share a number or when you need campaigns, templates, automation or integrations. We review your setup before connecting it.
Are Meta fees included in the subscription?
No. Meta fees for WhatsApp Business Platform messages are separate from MUDRIQ and are calculated according to usage, message category and Meta’s current rates.
Can I add more users?
Yes. Included user limits depend on the plan. Ask us about additional seats or moving to a higher plan.
Can I manage more than one branch?
Yes. MUDRIQ Branches supports multiple numbers and branches, routing, branch permissions and unified reporting.
How do I start a trial?
Request tailored activation without a bank card. We review account and channel readiness, then confirm the trial scope and start date.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Request cancellation before the next renewal cycle. Your subscription terms explain access and data handling after cancellation.
Do you provide a tax invoice?
Billing details and tax treatment are confirmed before payment. Invoice issuance depends on merchant registration and the agreed service scope.
Can I connect Salla or Zid?
Yes. Integration setup is available depending on requirements and supported interfaces, starting from SAR 750.
Does MUDRIQ support Saudi Arabic?
The interface is Arabic-first. Replies, templates and bot flows can be prepared in a Saudi tone that fits your brand.
How is customer data protected?
We apply access controls and operating safeguards appropriate to the service. Hosting and processing details depend on the agreed solution scope and integrations.
