Scope of this policy
This page explains the MUDRIQ marketing website. It does not replace the platform data-processing agreement. Platform providers and processing scope are reviewed before activating your account.
Enquiries and trial requests
We use the name, business, email, phone number and message you submit to respond and prepare a relevant trial. Form field contents are not sent to Google Analytics or used in tracking events. Requests are processed through services needed to operate the form; their policies may apply when using email or another communication channel. Do not send passwords, card details or sensitive customer data through these forms.
Analytics and Google
The site uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager for website analytics and Google Ads to measure the MUDRIQ campaign. These are separate optional purposes; neither starts until you explicitly choose it in Privacy settings. We do not use this measurement for ad personalization or profiling. The services may use cookies or similar storage. Tags are not loaded on checkout or payment-return pages. General Analytics event names are sent without plan, billing or form details. If you allow ad measurement, one generic event is sent only after the server confirms a successful demo request. It contains no name, email, phone, company or message. Enhanced conversions and user-provided data are not enabled. Google may process technical visit information under its policies. Read how Google uses information from partner sites. Analytics settings
Analytics and ad measurement each start only after your separate explicit consent. Use the Privacy settings panel to change either choice. Choices are stored locally in your browser and stop subsequent optional measurement from this browser. This does not erase data already sent to Google or stop technical hosting logs needed to serve and protect the site. Choices may not persist if you block storage or clear website data.
Platform account data
Connecting channels and operating conversations may require account, content and message processing by channel providers. Purposes, permissions, providers, storage locations, retention and deletion periods are defined in the operating agreement before account activation.
