A shared inbox supports assignment and team collaboration. The number of included users depends on the selected plan and agreed setup.
Is a chatbot available?
Bot flows can collect information and answer common questions, with a handoff to a person when needed. Confirm the bot scope and provider configuration before activation.
Do you guarantee Meta verification?
No. We assist with requirements, setup and connection. Meta decides whether to approve a business or grant verification.
How do I start?
Use the contact form. A successful submission sends your request to the MUDRIQ team. The request does not create an account or paid subscription. To request a trial, use tailored activation; we review account and channel readiness, then confirm the trial scope and start date.
Are all social platforms connected live?
No. Current social connectors are simulated. Live external publishing and synchronization are not yet available through those connectors. Official WhatsApp requires a configured channel and approved credentials.
