Service scope
Plan descriptions define the proposed scope. Confirm enabled channels, seats and integrations with MUDRIQ before paying. Social connectors are currently simulated; official WhatsApp requires account setup and Meta approval.
Trial and activation
Request a 14-day trial without a bank card. It starts when your account is prepared and activated. The request itself does not create a paid subscription.
Billing and renewal
The checkout displays the selected period and amount from the central pricing configuration. Tax treatment and the final invoice must be confirmed before payment is enabled. Meta message fees and separately agreed add-on services are excluded. This checkout makes a single-period payment and does not create automatic recurring charges.
Cancellation and refund requests
Email hello@mudriq.com with your plan and payment reference to request cancellation or discuss a refund. Refund eligibility, timelines and data retention require an agreed service offer; no unconditional refund promise is made here. Do not pay until those details are confirmed.
